This 5-foot LED swinging ghost is the porch prop neighbors keep asking about
Sheer white fabric on a wooden swing, warm LEDs inside, and a remote with timer. Hang it from a porch beam or tree and let fall wind do the spooky work.
If your For You page has been full of glowing ghosts on little wooden swings, you have probably seen the CYSKXYI 5FT Halloween Swinging Ghost. It is a five-foot sheer fabric figure that hangs from adjustable rope, sits on a solid wood seat, and lights up from the inside with warm white LEDs.
The Amazon listing (ASIN B0H1W18KGL) pairs the ghost with a remote for brightness, flash modes, and a six-hour auto-off timer, plus a detachable black witch hat if you want a second look. There is no motor. The floating effect comes from light fabric catching the breeze, which is exactly why porch clips look so alive at dusk.
The honest caveat is weather and batteries. The seller says the light module can handle light drizzle, but heavy rain will soak the fabric and hat. It runs on batteries that are not included, so plan on three AAs and a covered hang spot when storms roll through.

Why we like it
It is a seasonal outdoor Find with one clear job: fill vertical porch space with motion and soft glow. We like the remote timer, adjustable rope, and the fact that it stores flatter than a big inflatable once October ends.

FAQ
What is the CYSKXYI 5FT Halloween Swinging Ghost?
- It is a five-foot outdoor hanging Halloween decoration from CYSKXYI. A sheer white ghost figure sits on a wooden swing with warm LED lights inside, adjustable hanging rope, a remote, and an optional witch hat.
Does the swinging ghost move on its own?
- There is no motor. The fabric and swing move when wind (or a gentle push) catches them. On calm nights it hangs as a glowing static centerpiece.
Can you hang it outside in the rain?
- The seller describes light drizzle tolerance for the LED module, but the fabric cover, hat, and cloth details can soak in heavy rain. Covered porches and eaves are the safer everyday setup, and you should bring it in for storms.
Does it come with batteries?
- No. The lights are battery powered and batteries are not included. Plan on three AA batteries before you hang it for the first night.
How long does setup take?
- It is not pre-assembled. The listing says you can install it in about 15 minutes with the included instructions, then adjust the rope length for your porch, tree, or archway.
Where can you buy the CYSKXYI swinging ghost?
- Amazon carries ASIN B0H1W18KGL. Check the live listing for the current price, seller, and delivery window before Halloween week.
